In 2004, Luke and Sosanna (the third generation of the family), upon completion of their studies in Oenology at the University of Bordeaux, Toulouse and Reims in France, took over the family business, so as to create the highest quality bottled wines from the most indigenous varieties of the region.
They renovated the building facilities and equipped them with state-of-the-art machinery, using gravity for the transfer of the must and wine. The facilities today are equipped with pneumatic presses and stainless steel refrigerated tanks, used to control the fermentation and produce high-quality wines.
The wine matures, along with the other production facilities, can also visit the underground wine cellar and the boutique, experiencing a complete image of the modernized wine facilities.
