Union Heraklion Winery
In this winery an area of 0.50 ha combines successfully the modern winemaking and the traditional Cretan wine experience and beauty.
They have created a space where the modern architecture and art co-exist and serve a centuries-old tradition that is Rite of wine in Crete.
In addition to the building of administrative services, there is a sophisticated Chemical testing area and dining halls for lectures. In the basement of the building there are the wine-aging cellars, where the wine is stored and aged in oak barrels.
The producers have a special space with reception hoppers grapes and electronic weighing.
Everything ends in the factory with the fierce stainless steel tanks.
The main halls of the building are used for wine tasting sessions, presentations of new wines and training seminars. The winery is open to the visitor.
