Vinification : Extensively ripened grapes, sun-dried for twenty days, with Mantilaria, Asyrtiko and Mavrathiro vinted together.

Characteristics : Dark, sweet, with blended aromas of wild cherry conserve, blackberry, cinnamon and clove. A full mature taste with hints of spices, leaving a pleasingly sweetness. Ages well.
Black, almost opaque colour.
It delivers aromas of sour cherries, currants,blueberries,followed by cinnamon and cloves.
It is very rich, mouthfilling and shows falvours of honey…sweet and peppery spice, plus some mild and buttery nuts.
Very good acidity,it contributes much in a balance in the mouth.
Very long,sweet and spicy aftertaste
