In the winery
Every variety is vinified separately. Careful handling of the grapes. The must stay in contact with the skins until the end of the fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless tanks followed by the final blending.
Characteristics
Intense red color with purple hues. Red fruits, herbs and chocolate in the nose with some vanilla notes.Well-balanced in the mouth with good density and soft tannins.

Yellow aged cheeses, red-sauces pasta, meat.
