In the winery
Careful handling of the grapes. The must stay in contact with the skins until the end of the fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless tanks.
Characteristics
Intense red color with purple hues. Red and black fruits and black pepper in the nose. Soft with velvet tannins and good volume in the mouth. Fruity aftertaste.
Food pairings
Yellow aged cheeses, meat roasted or with red sauces.
