Careful handling of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures in stainless tanks. The wine stays in contact with its fine lees for almost two months.
Characteristics
Pale yellow color with green hues.Citrus, white flowers and roses in the nose. Smooth in the mouth with soft acidity and flowers on the palate.
