In the winery
Careful handling of the grapes. The must stay in contact with the skins until the end of the fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless tanks. The wine matures for two years in French oak barrels and for at least two more years in the bottle in order to develop its character.
Intense red color with purple hues. Red fruits, spices,chocolate, butter and vanilla in the nose.Good stricter and volume in the mouth withlong sweet aftertaste.
