In the winery
Careful handling of the grapes. The must stay in contact with the skins until the end of the fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless tanks. The wine matures for one year in French oak barrels and for at least one more year in the bottle in order to develop its character.
Intense red color with purple hues. Red fruits,tobacco butter and vanilla in the nose Soft with velvet tannins and good volume in the mouth and fruits on the palate.
