Careful handling of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures in stainless tanks. The wine stays in contact with its fine lees for almost two months.
Characteristics
Bright yellow color with green hues. Peach, citrus and white flowers in the nose. Balanced in the mouth with good acidity and volume. Fruity aftertaste.
