Vineyards on Aegialia and Nemea slopes. Both varieties are harvested at the end of September.
In the winery
Every variety is vinified separately. The must stays in contact with the skins until the end of the fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless tanks followed by the final blending.
Characteristics
Redberry, strawberry and butter with some vanilla notes of the nose. Well balanced in the mouth with good volume.
Food pairings
Yellow cheeses, pastries meat with red sauces, pasta.
