Other technical characteristics:
The grapes are handpicked and brought to the winery in small plastic crates. They are then carefully sorted, gentle pressure is applied to remove the grape juice, leaving the skin behind, and the fermentation tanks are filled. Alcoholic fermentation and infusion take place at 28ο C max, for approximately 15 days. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for around 12 months and bottled on site at Domain Evharis.
A dark colour with vibrant cherry hues, a complex bouquet of dried fruits, spices, full body with fine tannins and a lingering aftertaste.
