Vinification/ageing: Alcohol fermentation for approximately 15 days in special stainless steel tanks - ageing in French oak barrels for approximately 12 months

The grapes are handpicked and brought to the winery in small plastic crates. They are then carefully sorted, gentle pressure is applied to remove the grape juice, leaving the skin behind, and the fermentation tanks are filled. Alcoholic fermentation and infusion take place at 28οC max, for approximately 15 days. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for around 12 months and bottled on site at Domain Evharis.
A complex bouquet with underlying hints of vanilla, soft tannins, a velvety texture and enchanting finish.
