VINEYARD :From our 150 hectares vineyard spread at ‘Kokkinara’ area at Koropi. Output per hectare(approx)3.500kgr
CLIMATE :Mild winter, Dry summer.
VINTAGE :1 st and 2nd week of September.
VINIFICATION :Hand gathering of grapes. Carried to our Winery in small lattices. Pure white vinification. Entirely fermented in stainless-steel tanks with temperature totally controlled(between18-20C).
BOTTLING :In our Winery. First bottled in 2013.
TASTING :Summer fruit on the nose, pear, vanilla and mint. Rich concentration of fruit on the palate.
ALC/VOL:12% SUGAR:1,5gr/lt ACIDITY:5,5gr/lt
ACCOMPANIES :Sea foods and sea urchins.
