He is the one who implemented new ideas and techniques. In 2001 the vineyards became part of the organic cultivation system, based on their belief that organic farming practices preserve the environment, prevent soil fertility and/or pest problems, and make organic products more beneficial to the people.
In 2004 a very modern winery was set up at the vineyards’ site.
Every stage of the vinification process, from the selection of grapes to the bottling of finished wine, is done successfully in this vertically integrated modern unit.
