There is a guided tour that usually starts at the area where the stainless steel tanks are, and ends up in the cave of the barrels, where Vinsanto, a natural sweet dessert wine from sun dried grapes has been ageing for more than 14 years!
At the same cave, there are monastery tables and wooden benches where the guests sit and enjoy 6 different wines! Each wine is presented in detail. The wines are accompanied with goat cheese from Naxos Island and breadcrumbs.
The guided tour at the winery, along with the tasting of 6 wines take about an hour, sometimes more if the visitors have questions.
Visitors have the opportunity to learn about the grape varieties of Santorini, the wines, the island's vineyard and microclimate, as well as the organic farming applied to all the vineyards cultivated.
