Ieronymakis Winery
The winery is located on a mountain area, at the village of Profitis Ilias, a few kilometers south of Heraklion.
The wine production began in 1999 by the organic farmer and winemaker Priamos Ieronymakis.
Especially cared for vineyards surround the winery, where the family’s famous wines are produced from certified and organically grown grapes. Wines produced: Lykios, Porfyra, Priamos Grape varieties used in Crete: vilana, vidiano, thrapsathiri, kotsifali, liatiko, malvasia, mandilari, muscat of spina, plyto, dafni, romeiko, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, sauvignon blanc, syrah, sangiovese.
