Manalis Winery - Sikinos
The winery opened in July 2008 and operates to this day from 6 pm until late at night during the summer season. Visitors will have the chance to learn about the process of winemaking, and the Sikinos terroir.
Northwest of Sikinos, on the way to Episkopi, you can find the 0.22 ha of the winery's organic vineyards. The fully equipped winery, operating exclusively with renewable energy, produces 4 labels: Manalis Leuko (varieties: assyrtiko, aidani and monemvasia), Manalis Thermo (varieties: mavrotragano, monemvasia, fokiano and limiona), Manalis Rosé (varieties: mavrotragano, aidani and monemvasia) and Manalis Liosato (varieties: assyrtiko, aidani mavrotragano, monemvasia, fokiano and limiona).
You can enjoy them with a sea view, on the atmospheric terrace of the winery, and accompany them with a platter of Cycladic cheese and traditional delicacies, overlooking the Cycladic islands of Folegandros, Milos, Kimolos, Polyaigos, Antiparos. Grape varieties used: assyrtiko, aidani, monemvasia, mavrotragano, fokiano, mandilaria.
