Yellow green color, aromas of exotic fruits. Light body, aromatic and refreshing on the palate. Ideally with fried fishes and white soft cheeses. Served at 12-14 °C.
Pre-fermentation extraction for about 3 hours. Below static settling and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, at low temperatures. Staying with the lees for 4-5 weeks with gentle stirring.
Ready for drinking this year.
