SOIL: Sandy-clay and sloping

CLIMATE: A lot of rainfalls during winter and dry summer

VINTAGE: 3rd week of October

VINIFICATION: Hand gathering of grapes. Carried to our Winery in small lattices. Pure red vinification. Entirely fermented in stainless-steel tanks, with temperature totally controlled (approx. 25C)

BOTTLING: Nemeion Estate A.E.

CHARACTERISTICS : Pluton bottled fresh to keep its fruity aromas. Plum and

cherry. This wine stands out for its rich character and for its deep ruby red color.

ALC/VOL: 12,5% ACIDITY: 4,8gr/lt SUGAR: 1gr/lt

ACCOMPANIES: Red meat dishes, smoked cheeses
